PAYE umbrella companies
PAYE umbrellas have long been a thorn in the side of HMRC which sees these companies help thousands of people reduce the amount of tax they should be paying. Legislation was introduced in 2007 to try to regulate the umbrellas which has worked to an extent, but not enough it seems because they are being targeted again.
